About Reminders.work

Turn a finalized AI trip into a calendar everyone can use.

Reminders.work is not a trip planner. It does not reroute the journey or change dates, places, and decisions you already finalized with AI. It organizes flights, stays, meeting times, and activities from the conversation into a standard calendar and one shareable URL.

Why it helps

Final travel decisions often end up scattered across long chats, screenshots, and separate messages. Manual copying can lose a time zone, address, or meeting time. Reminders.work gathers the final version into one calendar that can be reviewed, subscribed to, and shared with everyone traveling.

How it works

After installing the browser extension or userscript, an organizer button appears beside the composer in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek. It first helps the AI produce standard RFC 5545 calendar code; when the content is ready, the same button sends it to Reminders.work for parsing and link creation. You can also upload or paste an .ics file in the web tool.

You stay in control

The helper looks only for the latest complete calendar block on the current page; it does not read or upload the entire conversation. Calendar code is sent to Reminders.work only after you click the button. You can review events and tasks before creating a link, and notifications remain optional rather than part of the default organization and sharing flow.

Open format, independent service

The result uses the open iCalendar (.ics) format for Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and other compatible apps. Reminders.work is an independent utility and is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Apple, Microsoft, or Cloudflare.
